The Code of Conduct aims to establish the appropriate behaviour for every individual and situation. As part of the measures that enable due diligence and the professional care that DELMAR TENERIFE SOUTH, S.L. is responsible for, and in compliance with applicable regulations, an Information Channel has been set up. Its primary purpose is to ensure the confidential, efficient, and swift management of any incidents related to the Code of Conduct, whether they involve clarification requests or reports of alleged breaches of the Code, internal regulations, or applicable legislation.
This Information Channel serves as one of the main sources for preventing and detecting misconduct, forming a fundamental component of our Compliance System.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement in our processes, the Information Channel will help us identify areas for improvement in our policies, procedures, and protocols, helping to prevent and mitigate future misconduct. Furthermore, by providing a tool accessible to external parties, we enhance the transparency of DELMAR TENERIFE SOUTH, S.L. towards its stakeholders.
Given the sensitivity of the information submitted, the initial handling of communications will be carried out by an independent external company (AFONSO & GONZÁLEZ ASESORES, S.L.) to ensure confidentiality and proper management. Additionally, we will ensure that no retaliation or attempted retaliation occurs against individuals who submit queries or reports regarding incidents, while also guaranteeing the appropriate management of any potential conflicts of interest.
This Information Channel allows for completely confidential communication through a designated form. It also serves as a means to address questions regarding the application of DELMAR TENERIFE SOUTH, S.L.’s internal rules and procedures.
The Information Channel is available to all employees, clients, collaborators, suppliers, and third parties.
At DELMAR TENERIFE SOUTH, S.L., we greatly appreciate any reports related to financial, accounting, commercial, or regulatory misconduct that enable us to address the issue and implement corrective measures.
